A recognized leader in special situation management, Oberman Associates has assisted over 600 technical, scientific and creative companies throughout the world to successfully achieve growth, diversification, or turnaround objectives, and build Enterprise Value.

  Established in 1977, the firm was originally founded to address the needs of rapid-growth technology companies requiring critical transitions in market strategy, management approach or ownership.
  1980 in response to Client requirements and changing market conditions, Oberman Associates established its Turnaround and Restructuring business.
  1983, transactional capabilities were expanded, providing a full range of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development services.
  1992, expanded depth of Energy Practice
  1998, expanded Biotech, Life and Health Sciences Practice
